TASTING NOTES:  

The tangle of rosemary and lemongrass is evident on the nose of this beautifully balanced savoury gin.  The clean olive notes followed by the subtle blend of Mediterranean herbs comes through on the palate leaving  a spicy cardamon  finish.  Adding a splash of tonic enhances the olive flavour.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Serving suggestions: Best served with a good quality tonic water with a couple of green olives or on it’s own over ice.
